18 months after having bi-fold doors fitted they were round within hours to take a look and sort the issue there and then.

More impressive than the door itself is the service levels ive experienced throughout the whole journey. Tracy has been fantastic and kept me up to date with regards to the timescales for delivery and installation. Ken & Matt where true perfectionist and a joy to have around. Tracy, Ken and the Hitchin team gave nothing but 100% attention to detail from start to finish. A professional and well explained service, and top quality fixtures and fittings at a fair price. They kept to their timescales, turned up when they said they would, worked calmly, diligently and cleanly and with nothing but respect for the home and home owner. I would highly recommend this company, from the first call to fitting the windows they have been exceptional. The fitters worked extremely hard and were very respectful and tidy!

From start to finish we could not fault Tracy and her team at Chiltern Home Improvements. They quoted us the best price for a new back door, had the guys come and measure in advance and the fitting was done within a couple of hours, all to an excellent standard and even cleaning up after themselves. You will not be beaten on price or service in Hertfordshire.

We’ve just had the double glazed windows replaced by Chiltern Home Improvements across the whole house and are extremely pleased with their work. Ken and Mat have done an excellent job, including taking out a large window and a small wall and replacing them with French doors. Their finishing off on each window is very tidy and my wife was very happy with their tidying up each evening. Tracy gave us great advice whilst we were choosing windows and designs but wasn’t pushy at all. She gave options then let us chose in our own time. I definitely recommend them for any window work that you need doing.
